All postage is handled via Courier Post E-Parcel or E-Parcel Express – depending on the postage method selected upon checkout.
You will receive an email advising when your item was shipped and a tracking number.

Product Refund Policy
Any stock received by you in a faulty or damaged condition will be replaced without charge. If a product does not match the product description that you were expecting, we will happily replace for the correct product, or alternatively refund the full purchase price. In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you must contact the Glow Groom™ team by email within 7 days of receipt of product to inform us of your intent to arrange refund or exchange.
A confirmation of email receipt will be emailed to you.
This email is to be returned with product within 14 days of receipt.
All products should be unopened and in the original packaging.
The product/s return is at the customer’s cost including postage.
